My brother's birthday cake

My brother is very hard to get any info from, so when I asked him what kind of birthday cake he wanted he said I don’t care- just a plain cake. So I said, "ok... plain cake with roses?" and he said that was fine. Anyway, the more I thought about it since he likes target shooting, why not do a target cake with a gun and bullets? It turned out well and the gun was awesome. It was one of my best.

The 2nd Saturday of every month JoAnn's has an open house and since I’m the WMI I have to be there. I always bring an iced plain cake decorate in the store. I never know exactly what I will be doing. This is what I came up with this past open house

My 1st class

I posted awhile back that I'm a Wilton Method Instructor (WMI) and I'm glad to say that my 1st class will meet tonight. I'm excited about getting started. Woohoo!

Easter Egg in a Basket

This was made for my Grandmother's Easter get-together. I think it turned out rather well. Everything is white cake with buttercream and the small eggs are fondant covered in sprinkles. Happy Easter!
